Front Desk and Reception:

As part of our philosophy, we decided not to have a front desk operator. Only Spa therapists will welcome you and answer the phone based on their availability. If all therapists are with guests at the time you call, simply leave a voicemail and one of us will call you back as soon as we can. While we understand the inconvenience that this may cause, all our guests are very regular customers and understand the benefits of such a philosophy on our prices.

Map and Directions

By Public Transport:

We are located next to the Bay Subway Station (Cumberland Exit). When you exit at Cumberland station, turn left on Cumberland street, we are located few steps away from the Four Seasons Hotel.

By Car:

The main intersection is Avenue and Bloor. From the DVP, take the Bloor street exit until Avenue Road. Turn right on Avenue and first right again and you will be on Cumberland street. We are few steps from the Four Seasons Hotel.

Recommended parking:

2 Parkings are located next to the Spa. For longer term parking, we would recommend the Impark parking located on Bellair Street (From Cumberland Street, turn right on Bellair and right again to access the underground parking)
