This was my fiancée's first massage experience. I brought him here for his birthday. I've had quiet a few massages myself in spas of varying degrees of pretentiousness, and this was probably one of the best. We opted for a 60min regular massage - for the two of us, it only came to ~$176 with tax! (they had a special promo 10% off). Before the massage, we helped ourselves to some soothing tea and cucumber water. The masseuse escorted us into a warm room with two tables. The ladies conducting our massages were not RMTs, so insurance will not cover the services. The one hour experience was incredibly thorough and powerful. They worked all the way from our scalps, to our fingers and toes. I enjoy a particularly hard massage and have to always ask the therapists to strengthen their hold, no such request had to be made here. We were also very impressed with how professional and experienced they were. Our massages were conducted in complete silence with only minimal instructions and questions. They were completely synchronized and we were always receiving the same service at the same time. I cannot wait to come back here for a facial or another massage! Perhaps will ask the finacée for my birthday....

I came here with some girlfriends as part of a bachelorette weekend. The spa manager was great about answering questions and it was super easy to schedule. At the last minute, some of the party wanted to change the services requested and they were very accommodating. Since I was roaming, I had turned off my cell phone, so I didn't realize that they had called and left a message to see if we could show up a little earlier. We showed up during our originally scheduled time and there was no mention of us showing up "later." Despite starting later than they had wanted, they didn't rush the process and took their time with the experience. Summerhill offers some great packages at a discount from the a la carte prices. I thought the prices were very affordable compared to some of the other options that I looked at. Not everyone has to get the same package. There were four of us in the group and we were in two separate rooms. We were split up based on the packages we had selected. The manager mentioned during the reservation process that they have a room that can fit 3 guests comfortably, but it would be tight for 4, which is why I think they split us up. Definitely a great place to go and get some pampering with your girlfriends!

This place is small and hard to find but I had a great experience and am VERY happy to recommend and commend this place for a job well done!! This was my first spa experience and my boyfriend took me as a birthday gift. We had a couples package which was very affordable (around $200-$250 for both of us) First, they had a special couples room set out for us and we got to do everything together, which I really appreciated They set the mood perfectly, dim lights, relaxing music, calming aromas, it was really nice The massage was for about 50 minutes It says "hot stone" but they do different types - the hot stone felt really good too, they put them in warm oil and put just the right amount of pressure (don't be weirded out by the thought of it lol) the massage was GREAT! they do it for the whole body and focus on areas you ask them too It felt really good and relaxing and also helped my shoulders a lot (where I have the most amount of pain, personally) My boyfriend and I were both getting the massages at the same time and it was great The massage was REALLY good. We also got facials (with no extraction) These were done very well too, my skin has never felt this soft and wonderful!! I had a manicure and my boyfriend had a foot massage (you could pick what you wanted) We also had a hot oil treatment All in all, it was a great experience that was worth every penny! I made a last minute appointment, I was greeted upon arrival. I was accommodated after about 20 minutes. Overall I had a good experience, very friendly people. I actually found this place very peaceful and relaxing. treatment was excellent.. just what I needed.

I arrived with a sholder so tense that it hurt to carry my purse and had been suffering from a headache for days. Vivan was so good to me, really focused on my problem area's and now I feel like a million bucks! I'm almost to relaxed if that makes sense. I will definately be going back!!!!

I have been to this spa a few times with my wife for couples treatments, and I really like the hot stone massage. My wife has also been here on her own or with other people. Recently there was a problem where I tried to book a massage for my Bday and the spa didn't get back to me in time, yet in a couple of days they got back to me and apologized for the trouble, and offered my wife and I a free massage to compensate for the lost Bday gift. I think that is fair, and so I am happy to write this positive review for Summerhill Spa. I think the trouble i had was a one-off, and not likely to happen again. You will enjoy your time there I'm sure.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, the spa experience was good and the package was well priced. My only real complaint is that there were no extra spa facilities. The spa has tea and water, but that is about all you can expect. It is not upscale, however for Yorkville I expected more. There were no change rooms, no showers, towels or hot tubs. It had more of a doctors office feel, as you changed in the room, stayed in the same room for the entire visit, and then left and paid immediately. The therapist was very professional and nice, and she was very experienced, however I feel that there was too much communication about our personal lives which took away from the relaxation experience. The treatments I had were enjoyable though, I just wanted more of a day spa experience.

I go to Summerhill regularly, and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always polite, accommodating and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.

I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone going to a spa for the first time. The staff are courteous and considerate. Even though I was 10 minutes late, I never once felt rushed. Throughout the process, they maintained a calm and relaxing tone, always making sure I was in control of the amount of pressure, the amount of heat and the amount of satisfaction.

My fiancé and I planned a get-away spa weekend in Toronto. We browsed online looking at different Spa's and Spa Packages. We heard about Summerhill Spa on WaySpa.com. What drew our attention to the Spa was their promotional deal. It was $199.99 for a couple’s massage, essential facial, foot oil treatment, and our choice of foot massage, manicure, or eye collagen treatment. We made an appointment, weary about what to expect since we hadn't heard much about it. Well...we were BLOWN AWAY! It was a small intimate spa, located in one of the nicer areas of Toronto. The staff was pleasant and very professional. The atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we walked in. The services they provided were incredible. You could tell that they genuinely cared about making the experience nothing but enjoyable. They were also very perceptive to how we were feeling. For instance, at one point I pulled the blanket closer to me because I had a slight chill and within 30 seconds the girl came with a warm towel to put on top of the blanket. They didn't talk throughout the services (other than asking how it was, ext) which I appreciated a lot because I'm not one to enjoy a long chat while trying to relax with a massage. I highly recommend this place!

I got a 1 hr hot stone massage, facial, hot oil foot treatment and 20 min foot massage. Tara did everything in the same room so I didn't have to get up and walk around which was great. It was wonderful; very relaxing!

Staff were friendly & atmosphere was cozy. The only problem with our couples packages was that only one of us got a facial massage & the other just got creamed placed on their face with no massage. One of the ladies left the room quite often as if she was attending to other business. Overall experiece was good, but would prefere to visit when they are not busy in order to get undivided attention.

Overall it was good. Online booking was convenient and I was called immediatly after to confirm my time with the spa. Our first time to Summerhill and girls there were welcoming and made us comfortable. I believe the girls deserved a good tip. The only surprise was I didn't know tax was extra. It would be better if WaySpa make it clear at the website that the package price needs to add appliable taxes.

I had a 60 min RMT massage from Kim. Enjoyable as always. It was a good mix of being relaxing as well as therapeutic. She really gets into the massages and uses her whole body to work out all the knots.

My bf and I bought one of the couples packages..The hot stone massage was very relaxing and enjoyable and the ladies did an amazing job in catering to our needs. The atmosphere at the spa was welcoming and relaxed. Our overall experience at the spa was amazing and we will both be going to this spa again. I definetly recommend this spa and package to couples or individuals looking for a well deserved head to toe pampered occasion.

Overall, we had a great time at Summerhill Spa. It's definitely not an upscale spa like StillWater or Elmwood but the place was clean, ambience was peaceful and soothing, and the staffs were friendly. We got a good value for our money. We did the Promotion 1 (Couple Package) for $199 and we got exactly what was advertised. Another good point is that the staff don't push any sales on us during the treatment (which is a big plus on my books). My only complaint was that the therapists used way too much oil/lotion/moisturizer during the massage and the facial. I walked out of the spa feeling quite oily & sticky and had to go home and shower. Another thing that was new/strange to me was the masseuses' technique. They occasionally pounded my legs and feet with the sides of their hands during the treatment. It felt like they were tenderizing me. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back

II had the RMT massage with Kim. Phenomenal, as usual! Great consistent pressure, worked out all the knots in my back and also left me feeling refreshed, invigorated and limber. I'll be back!

My best friend and I went decided to go for a couple's massage. We had Jennifer and Jenna, and they were amazing! We arrived a bit late and felt so bad, but they were very understanding, and did not rush us at all (in fact, they spent extra longer on us). We opted for the Hot foot oil massage, hot stone massage, and facial. My friend had the reflexology foot option added, while I chose the collagen eye mask. The only small downside was that there was no seperate changing room or lockers, but other than that, a great spa with friendly staff and amazing service!

My experience was absolutely fantastic. I went with my boyfriend who is a big guy and not into girly stuff and he really enjoyed it. They treated us like we were the only ones in the spa. It was perfect and I will be taking my mom for mothers day. They have a regular customer in me now. Spectacular!

I had a massage, done by Kim the RMT and it was one of the best of my life. It was different in the way that she used her entire arm to work out the kinks & then after it was done she stretched me out, which I loved. I left feeling really relaxed. I will go back for sure

Spa was very comfortable and nice. There was no full-time receptionist but someone came out to greet me and offer me water/tea. The hot stone massage was great, very relaxing. Facial was nice and the attendant was very nice and accomodating. An overall pleasant experience. I would go back again.

The experience was great - the staff were very warm and friendly, the treatments were nice, and the facilities cozy and clean. The location is also a bonus! For the two people package, we both selected a 20 minute foot reflexology that was not really reflexology but rather a foot massage. The rest of the treatments were all as advertised and well done.

I went to Summerhill Spa with my sister who can be quite picky when it comes to Spa's. We both really enjoyed ourselves and both had great treatments. We went for the $199 monthly special. The hot stone massage was great with just enough pressure applied. The Spa was nice and cozy and the staff very friendly. I will certainly visit Summerhill Spa again.

I purchased their 2 hours couple package. I took my friend as a birthday gift. The package was a great price for the service provided. The package purchased and service was even better than I had anticipated it to be. The staff made you feel very relaxed and were very attentive. The spa appeared to be busy with appointments the day I went but I did not feel rushed to leave. Even with other clients just coming in for their appointment, I was allowed to dress and get ready at my own pace. My friend absolutely loved the package and the service at the spa. I will definitely be going back. In fact, I have already made an appointment to take my husband as a gift to him. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a quality spa at a reasonable price to go here!

4 hours of complete relaxation. The facilities were quaint and clean. The staff treated us wonderfully and the treatments were better than any other spa we had been to. We definitely recommend Summerhill Spa to anyone.

I would highly recommend this spa. The staff were great, they were very attentive. My massage was awesome...Jenny has strong hands.... and the manicure/pedicure experience lying down was so relaxing!! I liked the fact that the spa is small...it truly made it a relaxing and comfortable experience. It is definitely a perfect way to spend time with a friend/boy friend.

This was the second time I went to the Summerhill Spa for services. The first time was wonderful, which is why I decided to go back this time, and bring a friend. We opted for the monthly special which included the 50 minute hot-stone massage, hot oil foot treatment, essential facial and collagen eye treatment. What a great way to spend the afternoon! I will definitely be back again - great staff, incredible service and great value. Keep it up Summerhill Spa!

Good treatments and excellent care during the treatments. The collagen eye mask made my friend's face feel weird; but the hot stone massage and the facial were relaxing and pleasant. The spa is clean and relaxing and the personnel takes great care of the customers. If you're paying with WaySpa gift certificates make sure to print and bring them with you - there was a large misunderstanding about the payment method once we got there, despite a confirmation e-mail from the staff prior to our arrival.

I'd recommend Jenny for her excellent hot stone massage therapy!! The room was nice and warm and the massage pressure was perfect for me. It definitely made me feel relaxed and refreshed. They don't have private change room, however, it wouldn't be a major issue since their price is so affordable compared to other spas in Yorkville. I'd absolutely go for the hot stone therapy more often.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and offered a drink as we were filling out our personal information sheets. Then we were taken to a beautiful tranquil room for our spa services. The only negative about this spa is that they do not have separate locker room to get changed in, so you have to leave your stuff and clothes on a chair in the room. However, the rest of the amenities more than made up for it. Everything was very clean and well furnished with a nice calming decor that included candlelight and soft music. The beds were very comfortable and the massage was absolutely amazing!!!
